Linda McCoy: Linda grew up with dogs and has worked with them her whole life. She has a varied background, but her first love always was, and still remains, the adored K-9.
A long time desire of Linda’s has been to help the dogs left behind in the animal shelters, and give them a second chance at life. She is making that dream come true and continues to be actively involved in rescue work.
Linda was involved in rescue efforts in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, and quickly immersed herself in numerous trainings and became certified in Animal First Aid, Swift Water Rescue, Technical Rope Rescue, and is currently involved with various national and state animal rescue organizations. Linda has been to various parts of the world and in many, many US states, offering her skills and expertise for one sole purpose – to help the animals.
Cynthia has had dogs of all breeds and sizes ever since she was a child. She has one dog named Daisy, a rescue girl she adopted from a high kill CA shelter through Ribsey's Refugees. Cynthia enjoys playing with Daisy, gardening and of course volunteering at HHH.
Kristina has worked at HHH for several years and has worked with various vet hospitals since she was a teenager. She has a Jack Russel Terrier named Copper who comes to work with Kristina every day. Kristina enjoys horses, photography, hiking, and just being outdoors.
Haley has had dogs since she was a child and been a part of the training process as well. She has worked at HHH for several years. She has 3 dogs at home, a Jack Russell Terrier named Jaclyn, a Black Lab named Kody Bear, and a Yellow Lab named Moose. Her other interests include outdoor activities and hiking. She is currently a nursing student at Gonzaga University and comes back to work for us during her school breaks.
Jocelyn grew up with dogs in her family. She had a Havanese named Troy whom she and her family absolutely adored, but they lost him recently. Jocelyn attends university in Canada with hopes of becoming a veterinarian. She also has an interest in animal rescue and has hopes that we can give back to them as much as they give to us. She comes back to work for us during her school breaks.
Mickey comes from a very different background and decided he wanted to get into the dog world. Since joining the HHH team a few years back, he has enjoyed getting to know all the dogs and their human counterparts. Mickey has an Australian Shepherd at home and also volunteers with our rescue org. so he gets to know all of our foster dogs quite well.
Matthew has had dogs all of his life and has loved every second. Matthew has 3 dogs - a Jack Russell Terrier named Jaclyn, a Black Lab named Kody Bear, and a Yellow Lab named Moose. Matthew is interested in computers and computer science.
Carol has always had dogs in her home. She has one dog named Oreo, he is a Catahoula Leopard Dog Mix. Carol enjoys walking, hiking, reading, riding her bike, yoga and gardening.
Andrew and his family has had many dogs in the house. At one time they had eight dogs! Currently Andrew has a German Shepherd. Andrew enjoys basketball, football and learning about history.
Joseph Johnson (aka JJ)
Joseph has had dogs all of his life. He has a training background and is currently involved in rescue. Joseph has a Berner named Bear and a yellow lab named Moose.. Joseph is pursuing a medical degree. Joseph loves all animals, but dogs will always hold a special place in his heart. Joseph fills in at HHH and we are thrilled to have him!
Jennifer has had dogs her whole life. She has a Bernese Mountain Dog named Bear. Jennifer enjoys spending time outside, walking with her dog and being with her friends. She also has two Guinea pigs and a bearded dragon iguana, which she thoroughly enjoys. She is a student at Gonzaga U and comes back to work for us during her school breaks.
Growing up Kelly's family has had dogs, cats, rabbits and chickens! Kelly has volunteered at different rescue organizations and has worked at different boarding facilities. Kelly enjoys weightlifting, yoga, hiking and cooking!
Thayer has had dogs in his family and currently has a English Bulldog! Thayer enjoys learning about different ways to care for dogs. Thayer loves to go skiing, playing football and many other sports.
Arda has never had a family dog but always played with the neighborhood dogs. Arda loves the outdoors and all animals! Arda enjoys playing soccer and love watching football! Go HAWKS!
